Project "Art and masculinities" which aims to sensitize young artists on issues related to gender and gender equality and encourage them to mainstream gender in their artistic activities to change the stereotypical representations based on the genre.

- Training of young women to advocate for their political and economic rights through social media - Empowering young women and promote their full participation in the political, democratic, and decision-making processes. The overall objective of this project is to empower groups of young women representing women community based organizations to be actively engaged in the policy processes on the national and local levels, leading towards an environment where women are agents of change in their communities; where women can find a safe space in these organizations to be active in the private sphere. - The project ‘’Women and Youth against Violence’’ consists in establishing partnership between the PCPD, the Culture and Free Thought Association (CFTA) – Gaza, Society Hope Makers for Human Rights (SHM) – Libya, and Cordaid together with Human Security Collective (HSC), and Women Peacemakers Program (WPP) in the Netherlands, strengthen young female leadership and women’s security in Libya and Palestine.
1. Safe working environment for female workers To promote the rights of working women and to combat all forms of violence and discrimination that women may face in the workplace. The project targets women working in the ready-made garment, textile, and food industries, and also women working in service sectors such as health and education, This project funded by UNTF. 2. Electoral Awareness Project for Women in Rural Areas, This project was implemented in partnership with the International Foundation for Election Systems (IFES) and aimed at raising the awareness of women in rural areas at Sharkia and Qalioubia governorates of the importance of active participation in elections.
AIM has adopted a cross-cutting approach to gender equality since it is a founding value of our association. This allows to address this question in all our activities and interventions. When we are working on the issue of political participation, we are aiming at gender equality because we are talking about promoting access to women in the political sphere as is the case for men. We do this with the help of women whose path and / or public / political / activist / citizen posture are resources that can be used in a pedagogical, illustrative and demonstrative sense of the fight for gender equality. We take a comprehensive approach to gender equality and women's rights.
1- Research and studies program: The program aims to conduct researches and studies of legal aspect to contribute to the harmonization of national legislations to international standers of human rights in general and to women rights in particular. 2- Legal Counselling and violence protection Program: This program works to protect women before the national courts and to offer legal counselling to attain this protection. 3- Awareness, Education and training program: This program contributes to raising awareness on democracy , human rights and women rights in particular, and combat legal illiteracy in the Palestinian society.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
