'The Human Right to Privacy: A Gender Perspective', February 2019. This report of a consultation on gender issues arising in the digital era and their impacts on women, men and individuals of diverse sexual orientations, gender identities, gender expressions and sex characteristics was undertaken as part of the work of the Thematic Taskforce on 'Privacy and Personality' established by the United Nations Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy. The association works according to a flexible and multidisciplinary approach, consisting of: 1. Capacity building: Through workshops and trainings on women’s human rights in all fields. 2. Advocacy: the association advocates for laws and public policies that respect the specificities of the Amazigh women. 3. Communication and Information: The Association seeks to facilitate access to information and to increase the presence of Amazigh women particularly in the media. 4. Networking: The voice of Amazigh women is a partner of many associations and organizations sharing the same convictions at the local, regional and international levels.

TAWJ has carried out several activities related to gender equality in the professional field and contributed to gender mainstreaming in justice reform. It has also provided training for women judges on the law 58 on violence against women. The association also intends to carry out actions related to the emancipation of women judges and their leadership, as well as the establishment of a commission for the drafting of a bill for the statute of the judges which takes into account the gender approach.
