Qudrat Association for Community Development in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has launched numerous programmes and established various units dealing with women’s issues. It has implemented numerous successful campaigns, workshops and training programmes to provide women with opportunities for a dignified livelihood, ensure their security, and provide health and social care and rights support. Qudrat’s human rights unit, in addition to its general work, deals specifically with women’s rights and the violations to which women are exposed. In the beginning of 2019, Qudrat launched the Nisaa Qudrat programme (literally, "capacities-women") targeting women. This programme aims to empower women economically and develop their self-reliance via training, rehabilitation, networking, and the funding of small and medium enterprises. It also seeks to bring about social, health and economic gender equity, provide a better life, and ensure the necessities for living with dignity in a society that respects and values women and gender equality.

Since 2016, we have been running the IWPA Award, which was created to provide a global platform for international women photographers increasing the visibility of women’s work every year thanks to a travelling show in several international key cities (in France, Japan, Singapore, India, Lebanon, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan). We also carry out educational actions in photography for women, training activities against sexist stereotypes, and actions to support women entrepreneurs for the visual presentation of their projects, products and services. IWPA partners with international NGOs in order to empower girls and women to shape their future and accelerate progress within their communities.

To achieve its ambition, the Orbital Fund breaks down its action into 3 programs: - Training: we suggest looking for the best program to acquire all the skills and give all the resources to implement a coherent entrepreneurial project, acceptable by the market, financeable and sustainable. - Mentoring entrepreneurs: putting the project leader in touch with a volunteer mentor who will provide advice to help her stay focused on what really matters for the success of her future business. - Project financing: we help to understand the banking language, we provide concrete tools to build a financial strategy and we assist in seeking financing solutions.

- Womenpreneur Tour: a joint initiative of SANAD’s Entrepreneurship Academy and Womenpreneur, mapping female entrepreneurs in technology, digital and innovation. We travel through different MENA countries for two months in order to understand and analyze the challenges they face in their country's ecosystem. During our trips, we interview female talents and entrepreneurs in the tech sector. The insights gained are also the basis for a policy paper that draws attention to the main challenges female entrepreneurs face and offers impactful solutions. - Womenpreneur Experience: an event, taking place at the end of the journey in each Womenpreneur Tour's country, providing inspirational talks with leaders in tech entrepreneurship as well as networking opportunities. - Womenpreneur Forum: a joint effort of APEFE and Womenpreneur, aiming to educate, connect and celebrate women in the MENA region and the global diaspora. We also offer various forums, panel discussions, networking events and more.
