1. Project “Youth for the Political Participation of Women”, implemented by the Center in cooperation with the Amman Center for Human Rights Studies and in partnership with the Foundation for Development and Training and with the support of the European Union. The project aims at supporting women to increase their representation in decision-making, leadership positions and activating the youth participation in public affairs and decision-making. 2. “Good governance” project which aims at promoting youth participation in public affairs, decision-making mechanisms and policy-making. 3. Project for preparing of young people of both sexes for the labor market and provide them with employment opportunities on the principle of gender equality.

We organize various activities such as network meetings, skills workshops, company visits, matchmaling sessions, start-ups, media presence and trainings. We have an active database of over 1000 women entrepreneurs, corporate and project across the country and region!

The ATDD organized sensitization sessions in the interior regions of Tunisia on human rights and particularly women's rights. The ATDD is a founding member of the coalition "transitional justice for women - AUSSI" with the support of the International Centre of Transitional Justice (ICJT) in Tunis The ATDD works on equal opportunities for elections in Tunisia The ATDD has done several actions to promote the code of personal status to the general public and especially women.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
