With the Feminist Free Union association, Hakima Lebbar, author of the book "Men Defend Equality in inheritance" recently launched a series of short videos to answer the question "Why equality in inheritance?" In the first two videos, Mohamed Abdelwahhab Rafiqi, known as Abu Hafs, a former Salafist sheikh, explains that the principle of equality is one of the foundations of religion, which requires equality in all rights and duties; while the writer Mohamed Assid insists on the need for the law to adapt to reality.
