The Association 100% Mamans, in partnership with the Italian organization Soleterre, launched last 18th May the first radio for single mothers in Morocco, during a press conference held in Rabat.
This radio seeks to become an advocacy tool, to enable single mothers the recovery of speech in public space, to raise awareness among local actors and their exclusion, and to make visible their claims and demands.
The initiative is funded by the European Union in partnership with the Moroccan Ministry of Family, Solidarity, Equality and Social Development through the Agency of Social Development within the framework of the support program of the European Union to the governmental plan of equality between women and men 2012-2016.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
