Fighting in Syria has brought death and destruction to this country. The toll on Syrian women has been particularly brutal. Many are now the sole providers for their families. To this end, the International Committee de the Red Cross has established a special page on its website to highlight the stories, life experiences and resilience of these women, through news, articles, and videos.
