Under the Colloquium on the “Globalization, Gender and Mobility” that took place in in Tunis, co-organized by the Euro-Mediterranean Academic and Scientific Network on Women and Gender (RUSEMEG) and the Center of Arab Women for Training and Research (CAWTAR), on May 10th 2016, 15 PhD students of the Euro-Mediterranean region participated in a doctoral workshop.
The PhD students of the Euro-Mediterranean region exposed a resume of their projects (poster) and received recommendations of academics, researchers and experts in order to develop a multidisciplinary focus on the themes approached. This Doctoral workshop promoted the dialogue and exchange of academic evidences on politics, societal affairs, civic rights and mobility among young researchers taking into consideration the gender perspective.
This Doctoral workshop is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacity of equality actors”, of the project “Women for the future in the Mediterranean” funded by the Priority Solidarity Fund of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Development, labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
The attached posters were presented as part of the workshop organized by the RUSEMEG and they served as a working media at methodological, theoretical and conceptual levels. They provide an overview of PhD research in progress.
