2 RIVES TV is a national TV channel launched in France on 13 November, 2015. With the initiative of the French and Moroccan civil society, this media has its editorial line based on the understanding, knowledge and culture in French and Arabic languages. The media is part of a social will that allows intercultural dialogue, access to education and culture. They also bring together many partners, such as the CNAM or the Unisciel.
2 RIVES TV has a program on gender at a Euro-Mediterranean level, entitled "Riveraines" to discuss and debate issues on the role of women in the societies from the South and the North of the Mediterranean.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
