The Gender Equality Department works on raising awareness in terms of gender equality, particularly in the labour market but also in the public sphere. Poland actively addresses the issue of gender inequality by submitting bills and implementing policies and measures of access to employment, such as vocational training and improvement of work and welfare conditions for women.
