In a European and international framework, the Ministry for Equal Opportunities aims to create a society based on the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, girls and boys. To this end, the Ministry wishes to implement its policy with other actors such as the municipalities or the bodies agreed by the Ministry in the field of its social policy (fight against violence, assistance to women and men in difficulty, and so on). These partner actors act as multipliers of the government efforts to promote gender equality in society.
