The Bureau for Gender Equality and the ILO Gender Network supports and advises constituents and Office staff on matters concerned with gender mainstreaming in the conception, monitoring and assessment of the projects. They work for the development of knowledge and also for building and strengthening capacities in order to provide methodologies and tools for mainstreaming equality in analysis, planning and practice, while contributing to the development of knowledge.
