The practice notes, regularly prepared by members of the DAC Network on Gender Equality (GENDERNET), provide guidance on how to address gender equality and women’s empowerment in development and cooperation. This assistance can also be found in other large fields, such as the issue of women in society or their economic and financial empowerment.
