Partner organisation of the Ile-de-France Region, created at the initiative of the Regional Council of the Ile-de-France Region with and for the actors and actresses of equality, the Hubertine Auclert Center is a resource centre promoting equality between women and men. Its main objectives are making people aware of the need to fight against inequalities and discrimination based on sex and gender, promoting equality between women and men and producing expertise in these fields. It periodically disseminates its work and activities through a newsletter.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
