Morocco
Soumia Boutkhil is a teacher-researcher who works on gender at national level. Her research topics are civil and political rights, types of violence as well as economy and employment. Her target population of her researches are women, men and young girls.
Soumia Boutkhil is also an:
- Expert in gender for the “Riff-Med” project, led by the University of Cordoba, on “Gender diagnosis of engineers at the Ecole Nationale des Forêts (ENFI) in Morocco”. Fall 2016.
- Founder and Director of the Master Program "Gender, Society and Human Development" in the Faculty of Arts and Humanities of the University Mohamed I.
- Coordinator of a joint research project on legal education with the University Mohammed Premier Oujda and the Centre for Feminist Research of the York University – Toronto. This project was funded by IDRC. Canada, 2015.
- Coordinator of the research project on gender with the CUI-Coopération Universitaire Institutionnelle UMP-R1 and the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Belgium 2014-2016.
