Mission and objectives

The “Réseau Algérien des Femmes d'Affaires” (RAFA) has the following objectives:

- to federate the efforts of Algerian businesswomen and managers and to contribute to the economic and social development of the country.
- to participate in social economic debates initiated by different governmental and non-governmental bodies.
- to encourage and promote the spirit of entrepreneurship for Algerian business women.
- to create a space for dialogue and communication of women entrepreneurs in all areas of corporate culture and ethics.

The RAFA Network works mainly with women artisans and women entrepreneurs at national level. The RAFA Network has more than 10 years of specific work experience in gender equality.

Main activities related to gender equality and women's rights

- La nécessité de l’application des lois, notamment l’article 31 de la Constitution qui garantit la parité entre les femmes et les hommes et l’accès égalitaire à tous les postes et à tous les niveaux. mmes entrepreneurs au niveau national. Le Réseau RAFA a plus de 10 années d'expérience de travail spécifique dans l'égalité des sexes.
