The "Fédération de la Ligue Démocratique pour les Droits des Femmes" (FLDDF Injad Beni Mellal) was established in 1994 and it works on: empowering women and strengthening their capacities; the elimination of all kinds of discrimination and violence against women; changing the social relations that are based on hierarchic and patriarchal control; building new relationships based on equality and respect between men and women on human rights; enhancing women' s participation in society through making and implementing policies through 2 main axes:
1. Working closely with women and youth through a group of activities in the field of empowerment of women victims of violence, and education for equality and citizenship.
2. Advocacy and lobbying to ensure the basic rights for women; to revise the laws in order to achieve full equality between women and men; to improve the image of women in media and to monitor and expose all violations women' s rights.
