Almidan Association for Development and Human Rights works to help civil society in Egypt to actively participate in achieving economic, social and political development and to help the poor and marginalized groups to get their rights, all that in order to achieve citizenship in the state of law. The main message of the association is raising the awareness of the Egyptian people to their rights and duties in order to achieve democracy in Egypt.
The association trains young people on human rights and aid to poor and marginalized groups, in addition to raising the awareness of citizens to their institutional rights through seminars, lectures, conferences, newsletters and publications on human rights and through fieldwork.
It also works on improving health services and conservation of Environment.
