Almafraq Youth Association aims at the development of civil society and the integration of women into the labour market, defining the main obstacles they face, and improving the working conditions of women and achieving gender equality. Thereby, Almafraq Youth Association works on increasing women's economic participation and contribution to the development process.
The Association works at the national level and its main themes of work are civil rights and political life, economy and employment, culture and vocational training. It has between 0-2 years of specific working experience in the field of gender equality, and its target groups are women artisans; entrepreneurs' women; and youth.
