Mission and objectives

Teaching gender modules in management schools: Microfinance and gender, and gender economics. This class aims to explain the relationship between women, economics and finance. It tends to increase students' awareness of socio-economic problems in the field of finance. It also tries to answer the following problematic: How has the place of women and men changed in the world of work, and how was it in terms of employment, unemployment, education and training?

Main activities related to gender equality and women's rights

Economic and political emancipation of women in Tunisia. Financial programs for women. Socio-economic factors and gender parity.
Women's Economic and Financial Empowerment: Women's Place and its Contribution in the Financial Economy.
Does Finance benefit women? Does the presence of women in management positions influence the financial result? Importance of women's mini-entrepreneurship (or leadership) on economic development and growth Women's place in the world of work: activity, employment, unemployment, education and training Main existing disparities between men and women: pay gaps, the evolution of the professions, underemployment.
