Mission and objectives

The mission of the Khmir Association is to contribute to the social and economic integration of rural women in disadvantaged areas by strengthening their intellectual, managerial and financial autonomy and their active participation as citizens. Khmir Association works on supporting local initiatives carried out by women and integrating tools to promote the environment, social development and social and solidarity economy.
Their objectives are: to heighten awareness of the problems of gender inequality; to propose appropriate solutions to develop living conditions of rural women; to defend human rights; to support programs related to rural women and both the green economy and the social and solidarity economy.
