Libya
TOPD is non-governmental organization that strives to spreading a culture of peace and peaceful coexistence in the region; Creating an environment conducive to human rights in line with the principle of the right to social justice without discrimination of all categories of society; Paying special attention to women's issues as an essential element in building communities, pay attention to children's issues and the right to enjoy all avenues of life without distinction.
TOPD has partnered with international organizations such as UNICEF to implement a project on children outside school, child poverty and water and sanitation problems in Libya; UNFPA to carry out studies; the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on the empowerment and development of local administration in Libya, dedicated to all municipalities in all of Libya.
