Presentation of research activity or teaching

Usually linking between different industries and professions through research, for example bridging between human resources and sustainability, employee engagement and arts, heritage and management, economic development and corporate social responsibility, etc.

My background is human resources and strategic management, but my current consulting and educational work is focused on both leadership and SDGs, with several online and offline activities related to gender balance and women empowerment across different age levels and with several NGOs (references available).

I have experience as an auditor, consultant, trainer, author, business journalist, MBA lecturer and a speaker in conferences.

I have published 9 books and spoken at TEDx 8 times in Sudan, India and Egypt.

I am also a creative writing instructor, and was one of the winners of Sea of Words Literary Award 2010 in Spain, organized by the Euro Med & Anna Lindh Foundation with my short story "The Island".
