Mission and objectives

Kenzi Association for Development seeks to promote women’s participation in the political and economic fields and achieve gender equality. The organization also seeks to achieve sustainable development goals, empower women and support youth through national programs aimed at creating a positive political culture that ensures women's support in public affairs. The organization believes that women's political empowerment is a shared national responsibility.

Main activities related to gender equality and women's rights

- Constant coordination with the High Council for Women as a key partner in the implementation of the political empowerment program for women.
- Participating in the training program of Jusour Center for Studies and Development and the Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung - Libya office which aims at promoting women's participation in the economic development. During this training Kenzi Association presented a working paper entitled "Impact of the Libyan Economy on Libyan Women – Al Aziziya as a case study
- Participation in the training program ‘’women peacemakers’’
