Mission:
-Is to provide access to justice and legal aid for everyone who needs it.
-And to provide shelter for former female prisoners as well as the marginalized group.
-Offer a psychosocial programme to reintegrate ex-prisoners back into society without any social or psychological disorders.
Life Foundation aims to socially reintegrate ex-prisoners (with the focus on females) back into society and to enable them economically as well as provide psychosocial programme to allow them to overcome their fears and fight the stigma facing them after leaving prison. Life Foundation also aims to provide economic empowerment and projects to allow women from the marginalized group to become self dependent.
(Our Girls Are Not For Sale), a campaign established by Life Foundation, the first awareness campaign of it’s kind to introduce the dangers of tourism marriage and it’s implications on general health, psychological health and social life affecting the young girls forced into such marriages. Life Foundation aims to seriously fight against the trafficking of women and girls, and to rehabilitate any girl subjected to violence and pressure to marry early or repeatedly.The campaign is extended for six months from the beginning of December 2016, in those 6 months the campaign's team along with lecturers and Sheiks have visited villages with poor life conditions in the governorates of Al Sharkia, Port Said and Al Ismalia to raise awareness.
