A civil non-governmental organization with a legal personality and financial and administrative independence that promotes a culture of human rights and promotes democratic participation. It advocates tolerance, affection and non-violence, and contributes to decision-making, monitoring, documentation, study, and training. The organization is managed by a board of directors, headed by an executive director, who adopts democracy and transparency in governance. Our organization pays particular attention to gender democracy, which guarantees equal rights for all groups of society, women, elderly and disabled persons, and aspires to promote non-violent policies. In our near term strategy (2017-2019) we are developing partnerships with various actors to complete and complement our projects.
