Mission and objectives

A civil non-governmental organization with a legal personality and financial and administrative independence that promotes a culture of human rights and promotes democratic participation. It advocates tolerance, affection and non-violence, and contributes to decision-making, monitoring, documentation, study, and training. The organization is managed by a board of directors, headed by an executive director, who adopts democracy and transparency in governance. Our organization pays particular attention to gender democracy, which guarantees equal rights for all groups of society, women, elderly and disabled persons, and aspires to promote non-violent policies. In our near term strategy (2017-2019) we are developing partnerships with various actors to complete and complement our projects.

Main activities related to gender equality and women's rights

• Training and training.
• Awareness campaigns and dissemination of human rights culture.
• Participation in all activities of national and international bodies to defend women's rights and equality.
• Web publishing and printing.
• Promoting all forms of investment in gender-oriented projects.
• Building a database on international conventions, especially CEDAW.
