Our mission: We seek to enhance and promote the life of female & former prisoners and their families through supporting and both of social, legal and economic empowerment, and rehabilitation of them for integration the society. Our Strategic Objective:
Improve the economic, social and psychological conditions for prisoners of poverty and former prisoners and their families
Develop organizational capacity, administrative and technical of the association.
Contributing to the creation of a legislative climate supportive of the rights of prisoners of poverty and their families
Care of children of female prisoners and former prisoners and their families.
1. A Continuous media campaign. Our NGO has been giving insight into the tragedy of the children of female prisoners. Its ceaseless media campaign is in constant reviewing and development. 2. “Female Inmates due to Poverty-related Offenses” Project. 3. Monthly visits to Qanater Prison. 4. Post-release projects. helped released female prisoners to start and successfully run their own small businesses. 5. Collaboration efforts with the Ministry of Interior. 6. Participation in International Women’s Conferences. 7. CFPA got a grant from the USAID in collaboration with the NGO Service Center for advocacy and lobbying. 8. Organized a conference on December, 2016 at Opera house to show the new short documentary film “prison of stigma” which show in brief the history of the association.
