The Tunisian Association for Development Law (ATDD) acts as a link between theory and practice in the field of the rule of law. On the one hand, it provides legal assistance for the purpose of strengthening the capacity of legal professionals. On the other hand, it provides lawyers and non-lawyers with expertise in various legal fields.

The ATDD organized sensitization sessions in the interior regions of Tunisia on human rights and particularly women's rights.
The ATDD is a founding member of the coalition "transitional justice for women - AUSSI" with the support of the International Centre of Transitional Justice (ICJT) in Tunis
The ATDD works on equal opportunities for elections in Tunisia
The ATDD has done several actions to promote the code of personal status to the general public and especially women.
