"La ciutat invisible" is a cooperative and self-managed work project, that works in different lindes related to gender studies and the social thorough research and training. Since we developed the investigation "Femenin and plural: women in the cooperative economy" (2013), we have promoted collective labor self-organization and women empowerment with different entities and administrations of local and regional level. We firmly believe that the cooperative economy represents an opportunity for women to access to decent work, less temporality and part-time work, and greater facilities for work-life balance. To achieve this goal, we develop training tools that help to mainstream a gender perspective in projects of social and solidary economy.
