RCMD is specialized in preparing political and cultural programs and projects in the field of conflict transformation and democratization. In addition to providing a consulting service to the political decision-making entities in Egypt, through an approach based on creating necessary spaces for activists who are associated with the conflict issues to meet. It seeks by that developing a common and collective understanding in the form of initiatives for transforming the conflict, and contributing to the promotion of community harmony between groups/ movements and the state' s institutions with their different visions, through the development and promotion of conflict transformation mechanisms, through focusing on issues arising from intersection between social, political, religious and economic tracks and conflicts.
In its first phase, RCMD focuses on Egypt in its work, extending to the Arab region in later phases.
