Mission and objectives

Created in 1999, Ideaborn-Consulting leads initiatives aimed at improving access of vulnerable populations, including women, and benefit from their civil, political and cultural rights. Working in collaboration with different actors of the society, from both the public and private sector, Ideaborn Consulting provides the technical support necessary for the formulation, implementation and evaluation of bilateral, multilateral and non-governmental international cooperation projects.

A comprehensive database of entities and experts in different sectors of specialisation and geographical areas makes Ideaborn Consulting able to provide a rapid response to a variety of different initiatives as well as to guarantee the quality of their services: projects offers, consultancies and researches, etc.

Main activities related to gender equality and women's rights

Forming Responsible Citizens Project, violence prevention especially against women and girls, labelled by Union for Mediterranean
Fondo Recuerda, violence prevention, that includes violence against women and girls in the Latin America area.
Gender Analysis in preparation of GAP II implementation in Egypt, labelled by European Commission
FINAL EVALUATION OF THE V COUNTRY PROGRAM (2008 - 2014) OF THE UNITED NATIONS POPULATION FUND IN COLOMBIA
The evaluation provided information to review the program's action strategy for women with a view to a new phase of the program and / or extension.
