Womenpreneur-Initiative is a Belgian non-profit association founded in 2016. The mission of the association is to promote and support women in entrepreneurship, innovation and technology. Its goal is to encourage women’s economic independence and to encourage their participation in innovative professional sectors.
Womenpreneur Initiatve launched a questionnaire that has been drafted with the aim of conducting a survey on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on women entrepreneurs in and around Brussels. The aim is to provide an accurate and comprehensive picture of the situation of women entrepreneurs during and after the pandemic, which will be included in a policy document.
Following the survey, solutions and recommendations will be presented to better address the specific challenges and needs of women entrepreneurs in Brussels. With this document, Womenpreneur urges the Belgian government to put women at the heart of the economic and social recovery plan.
This questionnaire is anonymous and will remain confidential.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
