The Vienna School of International Studies is organizing a full time online special course exclusively for Libyan female diplomats, civil servants (in ministries and other public institutions), and staff from public universities - who are generally in advanced (or at least mid-level career) positions already, in general, charged with international cooperation or working in comparable fields, with a very good level of English and not older than 50 years of age. Members of ethnic, religious, or other minority groups will be given special consideration.
The candidates should be nominated by their institutions (nomination of several candidates per institution welcome) not later than by 30th April 2021 via the web site:
