Jiwar is looking for VISA rejection experiences by Mediterranean artists having been rejected either by European or Southern Mediterranean countries. The aim of the initiative is to look into the impact of VISA rejection in the artists’ careers, paying attention to the ways in which political and bureaucratic decisions affect their artistic creations.
The texts will be part of a digital review published in Catalan, Spanish and English.
Experiences can be told in a brief audio (no more than 3 min.) or written down (texts between 250-450 words) in English, French or Arabic.
