If you are an educator, teacher, trainer, youth leader... and are interested in promoting gender equality and working on the issue of gender-based violence (GBV) with young people, this course is a great opportunity!
The Spanish NGO Cazalla Intercultural is organising the online course "MOOC New Genderation. Educating young people on gender and gender-based violence" from the 16th of October to the 20th of November 2019. The course will be taught in English with an estimated dedication of 2 hours per week. Participation is free of charge!
The course will be structured in five parts, addressing themes such as: the link between human rights and gender-based violence, how to run non-formal human rights education with young people, ways of connecting the educational practice with action against gender-based violence, and how to deal with the controversy normally generated by the topics of gender and gender-based violence.
You can watch a teaser of the course here.
