AGEMI is an EU-funded project which aims to advance gender equality in the media by sharing good practices, developing meaningful training activities and fostering relationships between journalism/media students and professionals, thus bridging the transition from education to employment.
The project team is currently designing an openly accessible resources bank of existing good practices from around the world for media industries and other stakeholders willing to implement initiatives in their own organizations to favour a cultural change regarding gender equality.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
