The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is organising free online training workshops from September to November 2020 on 2 different themes: “leadership” and “digital marketing”. These trainings are totally funded by the European Union to Tunisia in the framework of PACS, the Support Programme to Services Competitiveness, and is intended for women entrepreneurs who seek to improve their managerial performances and develop new skills.

The workshop will tackle the following issues:

- Leadership skills in this period of crisis and uncertainty;

- Emotional intelligence: cornerstone of a convincing communication;

- Conflict and stress management; 

- How to set up objectives; manage one’s time and priorities for a better balance between professional life and private life.

The EBRD’s consulting service for SMEs in Tunisia helps companies develop to become real drivers of their local economy and their region.
