Training and networking are the basis of the Confia Program which is implemented by Dones pel Futur (Associació Catalana de Dones Directives i Empresaries), Treball Solidari, Fundación Sevilla Acoge, Servei Solidari Dona active.
This socio-labour inclusion programme aims at boosting self-employment among women living at risk of social and/or financial exclusion.
The innovative methodology of ‘’Confia’’ is based on solidarity, commitment and shared responsibility. Women involved in this program receive training, consulting services and funding (microcredits), in addition to mentorship.
Besides this programme, Dones pel Futur is also part of the Programme ‘’Gira Mujeres’’ which aims to promote women’s entrepreneurship by providing training and accompaniment to women between 23 and 55 years of age who wish to make a business project a reality.

This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
