We are happy to announce the 10 finalists of our photography contest "Powerful women: breaking stereotypes in the Euro-Mediterranean region", launched last November. Congratulations to all of them!
From now on, every Facebook user can vote for her/his favourite photographs and stories with a like and decide the 3 final winners (we will count the likes for every photo/story exactly when the deadline is reached).
Stories are essential to understand why these photographs represent a great example of powerful women breaking stereotypes, so we invite our followers to read them!
The 3 candidates with most votes will win a trip to Paris to present their photos and stories.

This photo contest is part of the project "Strengthening the capacity of equality actors" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and coordinated by the IEMed in synergy with the FFEM. This contest also goes under the framework of the project ‘’Developing Women’s Autonomy’’ labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
