For us and for our partners, the last two months we´re quite exciting and fruitful.

Between the 24th and 26th of October 2017 we´ve organized the Euro-Mediterranean Dialogue on Advocacy for Gender Equality, in Casablanca (Morocco), where civil society organizations, policy makers and experts in gender and women issues, came up with a set of recommendations to advance gender equality in the Euro – Mediterranean region. Few weeks later, we shared these recommendations with participants at the Euro-Med Women’s Rights Civil Society Conference, celebrated in Cairo (Egypt) between on the 22nd and the 23rd of November, prior to the 4th UfM Ministerial Conference on Strengthening the Role of Women in Society.

We´ve also participated at the IX Mediterranean Women Entrepreneurs Forum in Barcelona on November 24th to discuss female entrepreneurship in the EuroMed region and share successful entrepreneurship experiences that we supported in Algeria and Libya. Meanwhile, we´ve launched a photo contest to celebrate and highlight the experiences of extraordinary empowered women who dare to break stereotypes in their communities.
