Between the 25th of November (the international Day to End Violence against Women) and the 10th of December 2017, Mada Association for Citizenship and Development, in cooperation with some partners, organized the "Unite to End Violence Against Women" campaign in the Tunisian island of Djerba.
The campaign included a number of activities, such as educational dialogues in children and youth clubs, with university students, with inmates of a civilian prison, and with citizens through activities of the ‘’citizenship café.’’
The campaign also included theatrical performances, the screening of gender based violence related films, in addition to a seminar entitled "Violence against women between legislation and reality", as well as bicycle rally under the title ‘’Unit’’.
