The 8th March 2017, the LAM (Les Afriques dans le Monde) and the association'Genre en Action', with the collaboration of Perspectives Plurielles Marseille, have organized a one-day workshop titled:'Feminisms and intersectionality – what are the challenges and the contributions? Exemples of Africa's and from other Souths. This ecent took place in the occasion of the International Day for the Fight for Women's Rights, in the Université Bordeaux-Montaigne (France). This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
