In the context of the GEAR against IPV II project (co-funded by the DAPHNE III Programme of the EU), teachers' training seminars were implemented, aiming at their capacity building to implement awareness raising interventions with adolescents as well as to screen, support and protect victimized teens. A total of 11 Training Seminars (262 trainees) were implemented and evaluated (process and effectiveness evaluation) in Cyprus, Croatia, Greece, Romania, and Spain.
On the basis of the evaluation results a policy brief was developed entitled: "The role of school: Evidence-based Policy Recommendations for Teachers' Trainings" that is available in English here: http://www.gear-ipv.eu/images/news/Training_seminars/TrainingSeminarsPolicyBriefEN.pdf and in Greek, Croatian, Romanian, Catalan.
