In continuation of the activities of psychosocial support for female graduates (with or without disabilities) provided by the Association of University Graduates through the project to improve the administrative and technical capabilities of the Association of Graduates in the Gaza Strip, and in partnership with the Civil Society Strengthening Program in the Palestinian Territories funded by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development and the Executor By the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), an entertainment day was implemented with the participation of 25 female graduates, with the aim of psychological support and alleviation of psychological and social stress, and to improve the psychological state and social well-being of these female graduates in the Al-Nour product in Gaza City. And through brainstorming, they explained the most important problems and difficulties they face in social life. The participants expressed their happiness for their participation in these activities due to their urgent need to get out of the difficult pressures of life experienced by the Gazan society in general and in order to reach better mental health.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
