The Child Creativity Center of the Association of Children of Women Prisoners organized an entertainment day for children in Al-Hurriya Park, Giza Governorate, Egypt. The day included the distribution of school bags and stationery to about 90 children on the occasion of the new school year.

Amidst an atmosphere of joy and happiness, the day’s activities began with a range of sports and recreational activities. Writer Nawal Mostafa confirmed that she always seeks to help the children and their mothers with the advent of the new school year. This is done by providing the study requirements that constitute a great burden on the association’s beneficiaries. The recipient of the Hope Makers Award extended her sincere thanks and appreciation to the donors of the Association and the Modern Arab Foundation, which publishes the Student Weapon series of books, for their great role in helping children and their mothers, by providing school bags and tools.

It is worth noting that the Child Creativity Center includes more than one component, on top of which is the technical component for training in theatre, storytelling, singing and drawing skills, in addition to the sports component, which includes training children on (football - swimming - karate), and the third component is the educational component that came based on the desire of the children, and it includes visiting the Egyptian archaeological and historical places, in addition to the entertainment component that is implemented.
