On Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 of May, Association Joussour de Citoyenneté (AJC) held the first training course on national and international laws and conventions supporting women, within the framework of the 2BE project “Budgets That Boost Equality”.
The beneficiaries of the training are the six partner municipalities of the project from the governorates of El Kef and Siliana. The session was organized and presented by the AJC President, Mrs. Rania Mbarki, and the Assistant Prosecutor of the First Instance Court of Manouba. The project is supported by the Swedish feminist organization kvinna till kvinna.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
