The Society of Women Graduates (SWG) carried out two workshops on “Preparation and Protection in Emergency Situations and Prevention of Remnants of War.", within the activities of its Orphan Care Program. Thanks to the Society’s endeavor to integrate orphans’ families into its activities, the two workshops were attended by 50 women from the category of mothers of orphans in eastern Gaza. Moreover, the meeting was conducted in cooperation with the Association Save the future of youth.
This platform is part of the Axis 1 "Strengthening the capacities of equality actors" of the Priority Solidarity Fund "Women for the future in the Mediterranean" funded by the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs and led by the European Institute of the Mediterranean, in the framework of the project “Developing Women's Empowerment” labelled by the Union for the Mediterranean.
