The audit team for the report discussed the need for civil society institutions, in cooperation with the government and local community committees, to provide care homes to protect children who are subjected to violence by the husband or wife and the necessity of including women’s rights in school curricula.
These activities come within the "Citizen First" project funded by the European Union and implemented by the Association of University Graduates in partnership with the Center for Civil Society Studies (Civitas) and the Arab World Observatory for Democracy and Elections. These activities aim to spread the culture of dialogue and create an interactive environment with decision makers by presenting recommendations and proposals that are applicable on the ground and finding solutions to improve the quality of services provided to citizens in the Gaza Strip.
