Following their participation in the conference entitled "Promoting the economic participation of women in the Western Mediterranean" (May 2021), this article focuses on the initiatives of three members of the Euro-Mediterranean Women’s Foundation network: Jossour - Forum des Femmes Marocaines, WIBA - Women in Business of Algeria and Jusoor, Center for Studies and Development.
The article aims to contextualize the conference, organized by the European Institute of the Mediterranean (IEMed) as part of the MedThink 5 + 5 initiative, while focusing on the initiatives and recommendations formulated by these three associations during this event.
