The guide for the institutionalisation of gender is based on the knowledge acquired during the training process of Territorial Development Advisors set up within the framework of the PAP ENPARD project - Pilot Action Programme for Rural Development and Agriculture in Algeria - for an appropriation of a know-how to do in terms of gender equity aiming at a change in know-how to be expressed in actions and practices in favour of equal opportunities in public policies and equal access to fundamental rights, which must be taken into account in development approaches.
